They gave us "at least 30 days notice" so I may still be wit tem a bit longer - I may move elsewere in my company, or I may get a severance package - "I gotta wear shades..."

In other news I finally learned how to make really good hash browns!

Some time ago I laenrd that one sould first boil the potatos - recently I found out that after words one should dry them in an oven before peeling them (once again thats after boiling before frying) AW HELLS YEAH! You know what I'll be makin for a while now...

Oh and just for the record - the drying in the oven is apparently also recomended for mased taters - but I ain't tried that yet.
