back from the boxes

The new apartment - Rehov Eilat 1 - is about 7 minutes from the old place.

The street that we moved from and the street that we moved to are both "alley" streets. that means that getting movers was ridiculus - the truck would have been useless - down the stairs, out the courtyard, short walk on the sidewalk to the next stairs into the truck. the truck drives around 6 blocks to get 2 blocks further then unloads where it will take another four blocks of walking - or it drives 7 blocks to get 3 blocks further, and have 2 more sets of sidewalk stairs before coming to the entrance of the apartment where we will go up one more flight of stairs.

I bought a handcart and some beer. It would have gone a little easier if two friends hadn't "conviently" left the country.

I'll be back.

so are we gonna see some pictures? Sara said that you have an awesome porch. Out of the country... but that's when you get the good leftovers. Anything left over that I would want?

I learned something from helping Eric move this year.
We are old enough to hire movers.
It's OK.
He paved the way.
